I was in town for a concert, and stayed here because the hotel was dog friendly. Turns out it was a great choice. The room was immaculate, and spacious. The staff was amazingly helpful, especially the valet, Edward. He remembered my name and my vehicle, very personable and professional. Next time I'm in Nashville I will definitely be straying here again. -RjMart (TripAdvisor 2019)

This place was awesome! I love that they don't charge a pet fee. I came through with my dog, and we both had a great time. The free continental breakfast was actually great. Also, Edward was the best valet I've ever had -AAGuil3  (TripAdvisor 2019)

Nashville is becoming an expensive city to stay in! The Hayes Hotel was a moderate price and such a pleasant surprise!! They offered a continental breakfast also. It was only a $6.00 Uber ride to Broadway. -Trail41976 (TripAdvisor 2019)

They have a Loving staff! I remember one person that stuck out though. I think her name was Ruby. It was the Lady that does the Breakfast there. This was my 2nd Visit to this Hotel and it was great! She is Awesome. -Peace A. Peace (Facebook 2019)

We found Hayes Street Hotel last minute, right when we got to Nashville. I'm so happy we stayed here! Very nice hotel, and we love the décor and atmosphere. What some reviewers view as negative, we saw as positive. We had our dog with us and were fine with the fact that housekeeping won't go in if the dog is in the room without you. The beds are super comfortable and everything was nice and clean. The pet policy is great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. Another plus...it's close to everything. I will recommend this place to everyone I know, and would definitely stay here again.  -DeAnne Bassett Worley (Facebook 2018)

If you are traveling with pets it is by far the nicest hotel you will find. Very dog friendly. Most everyone was polite (woman working the breakfast bar on Monday morning, 7/23/18 , unfortunately was rather gruff and not courteous to anyone). The front desk staff, valets, and rest of staff were very friendly. Sunday evenings they have local musicians perform 2-3 songs each in the open bar/lobby area. It was a real treat, especially for our dog who got so many loves and snacks from patrons!! The bartender was very nice. -Pam Helbing Fischer (Facebook 2018)

Perfect stay! We were looking for an affordable place to stay this holiday weekend and I’m so happy we found this gem. It was clean, comfortable and such a cute boutique hotel. As far as the location, it is a short Lyft/Uber ride to any of the popular bars and restaurants. It would also be a good fit if you need a place to stay near St. Thomas Midtown, Vanderbilt or Centennial. They also have live music for a few hours and a great bar with a lot of local beer options. Thank you all for a great stay! We would definitely come back. -Katie Edwards (Facebook 2018)

Arrived at night and was unsure when we first pulled up but the inside is great! Live music and social lobby throughout our stay. The staff was very nice and our room was well kept. Location was walking distance from the midtown bars/restaurants and a 10 minute drive to the main strip. Thank you for your accommodations! - Nicole Goedel (Google 2019)

This place was a hidden gem! It was the perfect mix of boutique and trendy with that of value and necessities. Highly recommend this hotel. Appreciated the high cleanliness and price point. - Expedia Reviewer 2019
